The idea

A house is known by the people who live in it: the hour the terrace turns gold, the cove you reach only on foot, the table kept for friends. Les Confidences is built on that knowledge, and on the trust it takes to share it.

Cap Nioulargo is a one-bedroom apartment 250 metres from Pampelonne beach, let by its owner for weekly stays from May to October. Its guests were the first to be guided by Brigitte, with the owner’s own addresses.

Brigitte carries the owner’s confidences to the guest. She answers from the house book and the owner’s addresses, in the guest’s language, day and night, and she says so when she doesn’t know.
She introduces herself as an AI. Built on Anthropic’s Claude, hosted in Frankfurt, guest conversations erased after seven days.
